Gold's Gym - Bandera Trails
We had a great opportunity to complete the architectural wood paneling, cabinets, and front desks at both the Bandera Trails and Crossroads locations. Both jobs were completed simultaneously, with a fast turnaround. The plywood is a Riatta Pine with a custom clear coat. All panels at both locations were cut, edge banded, machined, delivered, and installed within 7 days.
Gold's Bandera Trails had unique challenges. The front desk needed help - new laminated curved and flat panels, on-site laminating, refinishing countertops, new doors, drawers, and hardware in the existing cases. We installed a brand new elevation of cabinets and a solid surface countertop on a separate base to create a 19ft long island behind the front desk.
Another large challenge was the bench - it came in at well over 20 ft long in both directions. We built the modular cases offsite, and assembled and laid the cork finished top onsite.
Gold's Gym - Crossroads
Gold's Crossroads had it's own set of challenges: We had to leave power and tile on the existing front desk, and refinish the existing reception area. Our solution was to selectively demo certain parts of the existing cabinets and portions of the existing low walls. We built back by sleeving the insides of the existing casework with all new cabinets and fillers, re-laminated parts of the wall, and brought in new paneling for both sides of the desk and solid surface transaction tops.

Morgan's Wonderland Camp
Morgan's Wonderland Camp was broken into 6 phases as each main building was constructed. We provided the millwork for the Infirmary, Multimedia, Dining Hall, Gym and Arts, Edwards Aquifer building, and front offices. This project included different laminate and solid surface colors across different buildings, as well as bullnose countertops with post formed back splashes.

At 18|8 Fine Men's Salon's Downtown Riverwalk location, we got the opportunity to elevate their casework, and bring their space to the next level. Partitions between each station, wardrobes, cabinets, and countertops were installed throughout the space. We also alternated the partitions with frosted safety glass and glass shelving to showcase their products.
